We have mastered the fundamentals of building great buildings, with award-winning projects around the city and beyond demonstrating our commitment to transformative excellence.

We are caring and creative, and proud of our legacy as one of California’s pre-eminent builders over four decades, creating opportunities for social, cultural, and economic well-being in every community where we work.

We are an all-inclusive service provider—a company dedicated to seeing each project through to construction completion and beyond—with ground level planning, design assistance, marketing, and execution of all our builds. Our promise is streamlined service and quality control from beginning to end.

Our buildings have beneficial, quality-enhancing technology woven through every aspect of the design and build process. We work tirelessly with architects, owners, developers, engineers and designers to ensure that every element improves efficiency and enhances the day-to-day experience of the building.
ENHANCED SAFETY

ENHANCED SAFETY

Safety is paramount to our definition of a successful project. From deploying experts in CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) to working with local law enforcement on crime deterrent strategies, we make sure that enhanced safety measures are a part of everything we do. Throughout construction, we go above and beyond to protect anyone that enters the site, and have strict protocols that ensure that OSHA guidelines are adhered to.
COMMITMENT

Company-wide, we obsess about every detail of a project and how each can contribute to the most favorable end-result.
SUSTAINABILITY

SUSTAINABILITY

Celebrated for our ongoing dedication to sustainable green building construction with numerous sustainability awards and accolades, we work with our industry partners to employ green features in our buildings that reduce greenhouse emissions, minimize operating expenses, and provide year-round climate comfort for those occupying our buildings.
PROJECT CUSTOMIZATION

PROJECT CUSTOMIZATION

Dwindling build quality is an industry-wide problem, but not at FASSBERG. We customize project solutions that maintain incredible quality at the highest standards while keeping the process efficient and on schedule.
YOUR PARTNER PRE-2-POST

YOUR PARTNER PRE-2-POST

We are involved with every project from pre-construction to long after the last brick has been laid. From beginning to end, our process combines an integration of preconstruction, brand awareness, robust design & marketing, cost mitigation and high-level oversight throughout the entire build lifespan.
GIVING BACK

GIVING BACK

We are committed to direct investment in change and growth in the communities where we build by sponsoring and supporting local and regional non-profits, fundraising and charitable efforts across the state of California. This commitment is evident even when we’re off the clock. Here are just a few of the organizations where members of the FASSBERG team have had the privilege of working and/or volunteering:
